02/02/12 -Looking for a motivated NP for an Urgent Care facility. Early evening and weekend day shifts available. Hours of operation are Monday through Firday 4:00am-9:00pm, Saturay and Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. This is a part time position.

This is a paper free office. Faxing, charting, referrals and labs are performed electronically. Applicants must be computer literate and comfortable using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

01/19/12 - Easter Seals has an opportunity for a Residential Registered Nurse at our Rochester, NY location. In this role, you will provide direction and oversight to staff for the medical and psychiatric component of the individuals we serve. You will also provide ongoing medical monitoring and quality assurance of residence and act as a medical liaison between all medical staff and professionals. As a Residential RN, you will provide medication administration training and supervision to staff and monitor all medications and certifications. The RN will also be responsible for providing oversight of ordering prescriptions, supplies and the scheduling of all medical and dental appointments.  The Syracuse Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Allergy, ENT, and Sinus Surgery Center is currently interviewing qualified NP and PA candidates for a for a temporary 12 week position that will be available in the summer of 2012.
 The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in collaboration with our physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.  The candidate will be responsible for providing diagnostic and treatment services to our patients. Responsible for obtaining complete medical histories, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, assisting with pre-op and post-op care. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and complete medical records. Previous NP/PA experience in medical office setting preferred.  Experience with electronic health records a plus.
 Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an approved PA program or a graduate of an accredited NP program.
• ACLS & BLS required.
• Board eligible or certified.
• Licensed by the State of New York.
• Maintains CME and licensing as required by New York State Department of Education.
