be established as needed, with Chairperson and members appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Committee, to serve as a means of fulfilling the purpose and the objectives of The NP Assoc GR;
report its activities to The NP Assoc GR Board of Directors at each Board meeting, or more frequently, if so requested by the Board; and
be dissolved by The NP Assoc GR Executive Committee when such Committee decides that the need for the ad hoc committee no longer exists.
