ARTICLE VI: AD HOC COMMITTEES
Ad hoc committees shall:
be established as needed, with Chairperson and members appointed by the President and approved by the Executive Committee, to serve as a means of fulfilling the purpose and the objectives of The NPAGR.
report its activities to The NPAGR Board of Directors at each Board meeting, or more frequently, if so requested by the Board.
be dissolved by The NPAGR Executive Committee when such Committee decides that the need for the ad hoc committee no longer exists.
