A. The ByLaws may be adopted, affirmed, amended, or repealed at any Board of Directors meeting of The NP Assoc GR by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of The NP Assoc GR Board of Directors members voting, so long as amendments proposed have been provided to all The NP Assoc GR Board of Directors members at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting at which discussion will be held. The vote on the proposed changes will be held at the next Board of Directors meeting following the meeting at which discussion is held.
B. If any By-Law regulating an impending election is adopted, amended, or repealed, all members of The NP Assoc GR will be notified of the By-Law so adopted, amended or repealed at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the impending election, and will be provided with a concise statement of the changes made.
