The membership term shall be a period of twelve
(12) consecutive months, commencing from when the member's yearly dues
are
received by The NPA.
As a chapter of The NPA, The NPAGR
accepts six (6) categories of membership defined by The NPA. All
The NPAGR members must also be members of The NPA.
Each potential member will send his/her/its membership application,
with both
state and chapter dues and/or fees that may be applicable, to The NPA
headquarters.
Categories of membership are:
Active Member: Has voting privileges and may hold office in
The NPAGR.
Student Member: Does not have voting privileges and
may not hold office in The NPAGR.
Honorary Member: Does not have voting privileges and
may not hold office in The NPAGR; may be any person upon whom The NPAGR
Board
of Directors chooses to bestow honorary membership.
Affiliate
Member: Does not have voting privileges and may not hold office in The
NPAGR;
must be approved by The NPAGR Board of Directors.
Retired Member:
Has voting privileges and may hold office in The NPAGR.
Corporate Member: Does not have voting privileges and
may not hold office in The NPAGR, and must be approved for membership
by The
NPAGR Board of Directors.
